Hi Hockeyfan! It looks like a child's painting of a rainbow. Loved watercolor painting and finger painting when I was in grade school. Art was one of my things to do, painting and coloring books. :) Later in life, it was painting ceramics and porcelains. Great pass time, just so expensive these days. Have a wonderful day.
